Had the best conversation with Nicole and the team at South Perth. It is difficult when you feel the world coming down around you so its refreshing when things are handled quickly and professionally.
I am a local psychologist that has seen a few of Nicole's clients over the years. At times Nicole has referred them because I offer EMDR and this has been suited to the client. Very disappointed in this service I went through all the correct channels and jumped through all the hoops and made a booking with a psychologist who openly claims to be one of the top 3 psychologists in Perth, to deal with the grief and loss that I am experiencing at the moment I was more then capable and fully prepared to pay the entire private fees for what was supposed to be one of the top 3 psychologists in Perth. I visited Nicole for the first time today to discuss several issues of which some were financial, some were personal etc. Not only did she bring her own bias and cultural differences in making suggestions for me, not only did she sound clueless when she made comments about a "war" in my home country or relating my issues to a past experience that I had given her no information about, but she also completely screwed me over for money. It is important that you can connect with your therapist, as it helps you along the journey more and I found to be able to connect well with the people here. If you are hesitating in making a decision to go, don't. These guys will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
