It took over a week to get them out to my house. When they finally came out they sent an inexperienced guy who had to take my whole lock back to the shop to get help. We were stuck there for over an hour while they fixed the lock back in their shop. It took over 3 hours to fix a spring in our lock. I’ve used them before and they are expensive and not worth the call again.
