I came in for an emergency visit today. I had some alarming symptoms come up. The lady who filled in was horrendous. Ms. Williams, did not listen to me very well and then I spoke to her about the things that I values as she passively shamed me for having a choice. I LOVED Dr. Knapp as she is super empathetic and attentive to my goals and desires. This interaction today made me feel so unsafe and disrespected, I am walking away from this place all together.
