Staff is very friendly and detailed when it comes to providing information and options on treatment.
The entire staff at SPOMS are kind and professional. Dr. Vakilian and his team thoroughly explained the procedure and made me feel at ease. The procedure was painless and they were great with the whole healing process, from scheduling follow up appointments to answering questions. Highly recommend!

Dr Vakilian took care of my dental implant and he did a fantastic job. It’s almost pain free. I was given pain medication after the surgery and prescription to be taken after. I never took the pain medication on succeeding days because I did not feel any pain on the 2nd day and beyond. It seems like his hands are magical when he is doing surgery. Dr Vakilian is personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend him to my friends who will need dental implant.
For simple wisdom teeth extraction (fully erupted no complications) the removal itself was ok. I do recommend taking the sedation route and not local anesthesia (injections). This is an extra $1500 at least. The extraction procedure requires a larger number of injections to numb you and greater volume of numbing agent compared to say a simple filling.
