Modular homes and trailer homes are supposed to be cheaper than stick built homes. It disappointed us when we wanted to buy in December 2024 and you refused to do that, instead you made us wait until January 2025 to charge us 2 and half percent more. Wow !!!! PRICE GOUGING is illegal. Modular homes and trailer homes are supposed to be cheaper than stick built homes. I am doing my RESEARCH before I buy anything. Very slow process, I ordered my home on 5/21/2021. I was not able to move in until 08/2022. Contractors did what they wanted Not what I asked to be done. The well was put in the wrong location. The backfill was not put where I needed it. The basement walls are not plumb. One year later iam still waiting for warranty work to be completed. It's been 18 months since I moved in and still no drywall repairs have been done They may not fix my warranty work but I will let people tour my house and see the lack of quality work.The wo... read more
