Modular homes and trailer homes are supposed to be cheaper than stick built homes. It disappointed us when we wanted to buy in December 2024 and you refused to do that, instead you made us wait until January 2025 to charge us 2 and half percent more. Wow !!!! I am doing my RESEARCH before I buy anything. Too many companies like yours are riping people off. Materials are being charged 2 to 3 times than it's original cost. PRICE GOUGING is illegal. Modular homes and trailer homes are supposed to be cheaper than stick built homes. I am doing my RESEARCH before I buy anything. Too many companies like yours are riping people off. Materials are being charged 2 to 3 times than it's original cost. Why charge too much for a cheap built home. You already charge for the labor. I like to know how much are you are charging Per Square Foot ? One company is charging $200 per square foot. Another company is charging between $30 to $50 Per Square Foot. Wow !... read more
