Found (Chris) on handyman near me app. Turns out he lives just down the street from my House. Needed my front porch deck repaired & staind he quoted me a price which I thought was very reasonable gave me a time he would be available and did an excellent job. I will call on Chris again for future home projects and would recommend him to family & friends. Very satisfied costumer. Peace
Chris is amazing!! Knowledgeable, kind, professional, hard worker, and loves dogs!! He just helped us cover a porch in cedar and tile above the stove. Update January 2024: once again Chris did an amazing job! This time he transformed our front porch back to its original charm. It had been enclosed and the floors were deteriorating. He removed all the pony walls, vinyl siding, and pulled up the old floors. He found a shop that sells vintage style porch woodwork to ensure the rails and pickets were in keeping with the character of the house. Chris was great to work with. We had a job that needed to be addressed quickly but also needed some creativity—a section of an unconventional downspout had detached and broken. Chris came up with a couple of potential solutions, shopped around for pieces that might work, and then continued to troubleshoot as we put things into place. And he communicated quickly and clearly throughout. We’re very happy with the process as well as the outcome and would highly recommend!
