The lady in the front who answers the phone is so unprofesional and so rude! She hung up the phone on me more than 5 times. told me there is not a doctor for sleep study as i proceed to ask her more questions she said byeee byeee and hung up as i called back she then said for me to stop calling and find me something safe to do and i asked for manager she said there is no manager. She is too old to be working in healthcare being this rude and direspectful with no manners!
This place is very unprofessional. I waited 3 weeks for the appointment. The Doctor never gave me a chance to talk to explain my situation. I walked out not being seen as well as her not concerned about losing a client
Today I went to the doctors office at 2pm. Let me disclosed that I did NOT finish receiving any patient care with Judith C Brooks. I asked her a question about a medication that I was interested in, she immediately told me “ you’re not qualified for this medication” which shocked me because how would you know that by not running labs on my current health?
