I debated writing this as a doctor and their colleagues work usually work tremendously hard for what they do. However, my socks have been knocked off from this experience. I was very impressed with Physician Assistance Dominique Palumbo. She took out the time and did her due diligence with explaining to me and my brother, who just got released from the hospital for congested heart failure, the seriousness and precautionary measures he needs to take to save his life. Her taking out the time to sit down to exam my brother and elaborate on our concerns gave me a sense of relief and hope. Her bedside manner is amazing.
