Had numerous problems with condo, stove heating element rusted in half, took 2 weeks to repair, frig defrosted frozen food, got a baby frig for 2 weeks sitting by front door, toilet flapper broke, toilet never did flush entire 14 weeks, reported toilet 4 times, bathe lights and fan stopped working, fixed 2 weeks later. 3 patio doors with no locks, took 3 weeks to get a bar so they would lock. Not only do they handle the rentals, they also handle every aspect of the maintenance of the house. From landscaping to assisting us with leaks to watering our indoor plants when we had to leave the Island for a medical emergency, South Padre Trips handles everything quickly and professionally.
