We have stayed in Sunchase IV many times over the years. Typically we are in either 1106 or 1108. We love the cross breeze, bedrooms on a separate floor from the living room/kitchen, etc. We are VERY picky about cleanliness and feeling safe. Both units are excellent. That's why we stay time and again. Most recently, there was an error in scheduling and South Padre Resort rentals team was fantastic.
