This is our second summer in a row booking this exact unit, but it will absolutely be the last. First, the communication between myself and the property was subpar. I asked on the useless portal about a later checkout time and several times via email and through the chat feature on the Air BnB app, but no one responded until minutes before checkout letting us know we could get a later time, and in that case it was too late. We have stayed in Sunchase IV many times over the years. Typically we are in either 1106 or 1108. We love the cross breeze, bedrooms on a separate floor from the living room/kitchen, etc. We are VERY picky about cleanliness and feeling safe. Both units are excellent. That's why we stay time and again. Most recently, there was an error in scheduling and South Padre Resort rentals team was fantastic.
