Manager Criss was EXTREMELY rude over the phone. I could not explain my experience because she was over speaking above me. Criss definitely needs more training! Horrible horrible DO NOT BOOK OR WASTE YOUR TIME. She also had a dog in the office which was very unprofessional, filthy office roaches and Whataburger cups all over her office. Couldn't even imagine the rooms she manages. Canceled my reservation. She was extremely RUDE to my wife. Very displeased with my experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Book elsewhere!!!!!!
So we booked our vacation over 2months in advance through Vrbo due to it being my 41 bday(all visitors would be adults over the age of 30). Mind you today 3/30/21 three day till our departure I had 2 missed phone calls from SPI Condo Rental from the Manager Criss. I was clueless to why they were calling since my rental had been done through Vrbo, so I returned the call and the phone was answered by a rude lady (who happened to be Criss the Manager) . My name is Brandy. I'm writing this review in hopes that it will save someone else from facing the nightmare I did with this company. I booked a 2b2b with SPI Rentals last weekend May 2nd and 3rd. When i went to pick up my "keys", the lady in the front office handed me the keys and one parking pass. We came in two vehicles so I asked for an additional parking pass.
