Friendly and took my mistake in stride and helped me and my family have a great vacation.
We stayed at Bahia Mar Condo 821 and selected this condo based on the description meeting our needs. It listed patio furniture and tv in living and both bedrooms. Upon arrival there was no patio furniture and only 1 tv in living area. I contacted office online through site and was given the day office number to contact the next morning. I spent the next 3 days calling the office for resolution with ZERO returned calls to look into the issue. Every time I was given excuses and told I would be called back.
