Absolutely horrendous and toxic services. Nepotism and unprotected vulnerable work environment. Fire Ana Magana immediately.
Lots of unprofessional and toxic aura from the physical therapist assistant and her treatment of newly hired staff aids is a bit questionable regarding work ethnic. Please correct this.
I had fractures in my wrist and my hip from a very bad fall, and I think I had whiplash too, causing me to have lots of pain in the back of my head and lots of pain in my neck when turning my head to the left or the right. My balance was somewhat off kilter too. I was a mess. With the exercises given and the massages and everything that was done when I had my appointments, I am doing so much better.
