I had fractures in my wrist and my hip from a very bad fall, and I think I had whiplash too, causing me to have lots of pain in the back of my head and lots of pain in my neck when turning my head to the left or the right. My balance was somewhat off kilter too. I was a mess. With the exercises given and the massages and everything that was done when I had my appointments, I am doing so much better. The Physical Therapist, during the time I went was a fraud. He told me that my ankle wouldn't get better unless I stood in the grass for 15 minutes per day, as part of my Homework assignment. He proceeded to explain to me that swelling is nothing but negatively charged ions in my ankle and because the Earth is positively charged I need to stand barefoot in the grass or dirt to have the negative ions pulled from my foot and into the Earth.
