We have just spent 5 nights at the South Pacific Plaza… what a beautiful apartment, the ocean views the location is perfect. Close to everything. The beach the restaurants the shopping and transport to anywhere on the Gold Coast. 100%
Arrived yesterday got into room and it was disgusting.. Walls.. dirty door.. oily peeled paint right thru...bugs on the floor...the worse bathroom ...omg haven't seen anything like it Complaint after the inspection from the manager hot my money back.. I do not recommend it to anyone... We're staying at the which is just a little more but worth it.. One disappointment day but in the end we're happy we found a nice one
Location is great! Room was nice, not the view we wanted, we requested front facing room, still we enjoyed our stay. Room service needs to be more thorough. When we checked in, we found a broken pot plant in the entry and broken soap holder in the shower. This should have been picked up when the room was cleaned before we checked in.
