It has literally been hell right now for me and my family Dealing with South Pacific financial right now. I wish I could say differently. We have been denied over and over for a loan modification over a mis understanding, and not Hamp guidelines. It seems that all they are concerned about is foreclosing and taking advantage of equity in my home.
