I can’t say enough good things about Jason and his team. I replaced the cedar siding on my house with metal siding due to woodpecker damage. From the initial communication to the final results, everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. Our condo project hired South Pacific to do a fairly substantial project for us, firstly due to the fact that owner, Jason, works on site with his team. We were NOT disappointed. They found a few unexpected issues and Jason spoke personally to us, showed us the issues and discussed our options. They came in on budget in the time frame we had agreed on.
