they finally changed their situation so you can book appointments online now instead of having to call! it's amazing! if you need to call you need to do it right at 8am so you can get through without the jazzy waiting music
Always able to make appts when necessary and wait times are always very reasonable! Office staff is helpful and go above and beyond to help.
For simple stuff like contraception pills it takes for ever to renew it. It was always a problem when I want it to renew my pills and have to take an appointment in person other wise I have to pay. Plus they do not renew using fax or when the pharmacist call them.
