Dr. Alexandra Roy is wonderful.. She can manage multiple questions within your appointment. Also this doctor listens to her everything you say , is caring and compassionate while dealing with difficult situations
I’ve had repeated issues with the administrative side of this clinic, particularly the reception, and it’s becoming extremely frustrating. There seem to be major communication problems, including noticeable language barriers, and interactions can come across as rude or dismissive. South Ottawa Medical Centre is our medical clinic that provides friendly, efficient and caring attention to all our medical requirements. Dr. Rebecca Gibson is an amazing family doctor along with Dr. Schoenberg. They offer blood, urine and other testing for your better health and quality of life which give you that peace of mind. The staff, nurses and doctors are very friendly and supportive. The only negative is the available parking which is very challenging to find a spot in their main side lot.
