Everyone are very very nice and respectful, from administrative, to Doctors I've lived in MN for 20 something year's originally from Newark New Jersey 35 year's of my life, just came back to NJ about 5 months ago, and it has certainly changed for the better as far as the medical field the Doctors and staff are much better , it use to take about 6 months to a Year to even see someone that is much much shorter now, and I appreciate the courtesy of the staff now, thank you for your continuously good work from my point of view.
This doctors office has so much potential it's unfortunate that they can't get the professionalism where it needs to be. Being told you can't be seen the day before an appointment you had to wait two whole weeks to get.....because the technician doesn't think your one appointment is important enough to come into the office......is dangerous as well as ridiculous. I hope they can get it together for the sake of any patients who require any sense of urgency.
