We've had good pizza, but the quality is inconsistent. Even the deep dish was disappointing and unfortunately, they disappointed one too many times. I won't be back.

Quite possibly the worst service I've seen in 45 years. It took over 25 minutes to get drinks. The waiter brought the wrong ones, and took another 20 minutes to bring the correct ones, but only after I questioned where it was, to which he blamed it on the bartender....but had to be reminded what the order was.

Bread sticks were horrible and deep dish was not deep. Staff was also less than professional.

Ordered carryout and was told 35 minutes... Now an hour later and still no pizza. Have been waiting at the front of the restaurant while others have came and gone with their pizza. The slowness on top of their poor health rankings means I won't be back ever again, guess it's the chains for me from now on.

Not impressed. Boring. Arrogant staff. That being said, you're better off at a Chicago's pizza, and stay away from the south end of anything. Update Oct.2016: and now they are out of business.
