The owner of the car is very myo until something happens to the car. The trunk button was broken, which I didn't know about. I accidentally put a backpack with things and keys in the trunk, but I couldn’t open it from the car using the button. The host lied that he was not in the city and did not come to help open the car. He advised me to call lookmis service. Refused to reimburse these costs after the trunk was unlocked with new manufactured keys. $700 loss.
