I was treated wonderfully by the staff and Doctor. However, I didn't realize how expensive they were compared to other facilities. My insurance notified me I could have saved a lot of money by comparing other Doctors who could have done the same operation for less money. I am terrified as my bill is over $1k for a simple operation. I don't know what the final bill is going to cost me as all these invoices keep coming in. my mother's primary doctor referred her to a doctor at this place and the doctor was fine. But when it comes to their billing department, they don't bother sending out bills to their patients, they go directly to a collection agency. When my 82 year old mother and I we're leaving they said we owed nothing. Then 2 months went by and we received a $22 bill from their collection agency on Friday. Their billing department is poorly run. You can provide them with your insurance information up front and they don't inform you that they are an out of network doctor until AFTER your exam or procedure and, depending on your insurance, you will incur hundreds of $$$$ in out of pocket expenses due to their failure to communicate. In this day and age, with insurance and co-pays so expensive, they should inform the patient up-front before they agree to a procedure so that they are not hit with ridiculous costs months later.
