We had a bit less communication than we'd have preferred and a few timing issues unrelated to the title company. All in all, they did their job and the young man who helped us was very nice.
I signed papers with them two weeks ago. So far, my house hasn't been transferred into my name and I just got a cancelation from my homeowners insurance policy for non payment. It was supposed to be paid as part of the closing process. I dont know yet if this company is a scam or just incompetent. I will update my review when I find out.
Buyer Beware of this business! Absolutely no customer service from these people from the top all the way down! If I could rate a negative 5 stars, that's what I would leave. They have messed up our closing, late scheduling out of state mobile notary, Figures on the settlement page I had to correct ( who knows what else was wrong that went unnoticed) and messed up my property tax payment that won't get corrected now for months! Christin said they would hold my check until my Mortgage company payment cleared the County Tax Off... read more
