TOTAL RIP OFF and the BIGGEST LIARS ON THE PLANET!!!!
I called the dealer auto service dept and was told to bring my car in. I drove half way cross town and then was told that they just got another car in and they couldn't look at my car until the next day. How does one look you in the eye and lie to you. He knew when he told me to come that he would take my car in for repair. He was hoping that I would leave it overnight. I could have taken my car elsewhere and had it repaired. BIG BIG LIARS!!!!!
If you don't mind being ripped off, taken advantage of, lied to, then this is the place to you. Car salesmen have always had the reputation for being snakes, this place is full of snakes. Beware! Run away as fast as you can!!!!! As a customer for almost half my life, I will never spend a dime here!!!! We took our Dodge Ram here for service. The people were ignorant, unaccomodating and liars regarding price and claimed they called both our home and cell numbers and both lines just rang and rang with no VM...come on! Do you think I'm that stupid!! Its bad enough I have to pay out the nose for your overpriced services, at least treat me with a little respect.
