Tried booking in for warranty repairs on my Navara, after fixing the leaking hot pipe once, it started leaking again less than a year later. They inspected it, confirmed what I had told them and then told me to book it in for repairs. Every time they said they would get back to me, and they are incredibly hard to get hold of as I work full time and don't have time to chase them constantly. I feel they just ran me around till I gave up, so they wouldn't have to fix it under warranty. Go elsewhere if you have the option.
Have never left a google review before but this warrants it. Long story short - my brand new Nissan patrol warrior had the odometer spontaneously restart (ALARM BELLS!!) among many issues that durated 12 months with no resolve for almost a year only now are they taking me seriously due to me having to contact the group principal. Went to have a look at and possibly test drive new Navara. No one showed any interest towards helping. Finally got the attention of a salesman who was coming out of the toilet. He's the Honda guy, said he'd take our details and pass them onto the Nissan guy when he came into work on Monday. Fair enough. Left and went to Albion Park dealership and got an immediate test drive. Long story short, purchased car from Albion Park and still haven't heard a thing from Nowra Nissan. Very poor form and you lost a 77,000 dollar sale.
I’m really frustrated after my dealings with at the Nissan Service Center today. I booked my car in weeks ago due to needing a new sunvisor, the air con not working properly and my brakes feeling spongy. When I spoke to the service center to book in I asked them to order a new sun-visor, have a look at my brakes because and fix my air conditioning because it’s not working well.
