Their phone system is much better now, but still often on hold for 15 minutes or more when you call. But the staff are great-very friendly and helpful.
Horrible ! Won’t answer phone calls , leave a message and they never call back. They cancelled my 2 months year old appointment at the last second and I’ve been calling every week for 6 weeks now to try and book a new appointment but no luck. Went in today at 2:30 and no one was there.
impossible to make appointments, their website is very very inconvenient, can’t make regular appointments over the website and their phone hours are confusing. irritating
I am so extremely grateful for this new practice in my backyard! I have recently been for my entry consultation and I felt heard, practitioner was throughout and charismatic. I was informed of something that my previous doctor had completely missed. After have a full physical in November at my old office to find just 2 months later answers for my health that really got me to the proper diagnosis and the right care I need for my survival!
