I wish I was able to put less than one star. I was excited to have a doctor this close to home. I filled out forms and had my initial intake visit where all went well. It was very in depth, professional and clean. However, since then (approx 2 years ago), it has been almost impossible to get an appointment. The website does not work, they do not answer phones and are barely ever open. Now in search of a new doctor. Very difficult to work with.
Avoid at all costs! Standard of service is unacceptable. Would give zero stars if possible. Website doesn't work despite them promoting appointments being able to be made on line. Voicemail still refers to Ridgeway renovations and Covid and 2024. If you can ever get through, receptionist is entirely unhelpful other than claiming she will email your "provider."
Their phone system is much better now, but still often on hold for 15 minutes or more when you call. But the staff are great-very friendly and helpful.
Horrible ! Won’t answer phone calls , leave a message and they never call back. They cancelled my 2 months year old appointment at the last second and I’ve been calling every week for 6 weeks now to try and book a new appointment but no luck. Went in today at 2:30 and no one was there.
impossible to make appointments, their website is very very inconvenient, can’t make regular appointments over the website and their phone hours are confusing. irritating
