I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share how terrible my experience has been with South Niagara FHO. I’ve been a patient here for almost a year, and it’s been nothing but frustrating. They’ve changed my Nurse Practitioner three times without ever informing me. I only found out when I showed up for appointments—only to be met with confusion or last-minute changes. I have called multiple different times on multiple different days and I keep getting the same stupid messaging saying your phone lines are down and will return to normal on February 3rd. It is currently march 3rd. This is extremely frustrating as all I’m trying to do is book a physical! And it will not allow to me book online. It says there is no dates available for any nurse. Fix your phones please!
Very bad service. I visited there 3 months ago as a new patient. I got another visit appointment on feb 3 but they emailed me that it has to be rescheduled and i have to visit the reception to reschedule it.. which is open only on mon, tue, wed for few hours. I cannot even call the doctor or phone appointment.
Terrible office. Appointments have been delayed by multiple months the last 3 times I have gotten them. Avoid
