One of the WORST family doctors I’ve ever been enrolled with. I was enrolled for about 2 years. They only answer their phones for like an hour out of the day, never had days to see patients and not once did I ever meet the actual doctor. I was forbade from going to walk in clinics lest they dropped me as a patient so every time I was sick I had to sit in the ER for 12+ hours because they didn’t have any openings whatsoever for appoints for weeks/months. Truly terrible health care.
Started out great, then appointments started getting rescheduled constantly. Waited 4 months for an appointment, only to be rescheduled again for a month and a half later. Never met the Dr, but Rachel is easily the best one at this location. Symptom of a broken system I guess. Gonna start finding a new doctor now that its 2026.
Was a patient here for a year and a half. Never met Dr. Susini once even after I was hospitalized with sepsis, pneumonia and heart issues last year as a 25 year old and required monthly checkups for several months, and anytime I would try to get an appointment with him it would be changed to a nurse when I got there or cancelled, don't even know what he looks like. Great face to face interactions. Terrible at communicating any test results. You have to chase them
Great clinic. Always someone available when I need an appointment.
