I wouldn't have given one star, but it's the least possible. I worked with Alex Mulcahy for my very first Home purchase. He is inaccurate with documentation, Non-responsive, slow, never keeps up his words and will disappear/ghost once he gets his money. My lender said NOT to work with him on day 1, despite that I went with him because my real estate agent recommended him.
