Horrible. Phone calls unanswered, questions unresolved and they don't pay their bills. Trust them with healthcare?? I wouldn't trust manager Rob to wash my car.
South Nassau Orthopedic Surgery treated me for a knee injury, specifically Dr. Smetana. I could not have asked for more, I was treated promptly, courteously and had everything I needed explained to me. Dr. Smetana also went out of her way to help me to deal with a sometimes uncooperative insurance company. Very highly recommend!
