I strongly recommend South Mountain Mechanical. We have a geothermal heat pump (Bryant) and had a very hard time finding someone to service it (refrigerant leak). One company was going to charge us a flat fee of $4K for the job, and jerked me around for a month. I called South Mountain and they sent a great technician out within a few days - charged an hourly rate, found and sealed the leak, for a very reasonable charge. Couldn't be more pleased.

While they are quick to come out there are not very professional. They send unrequested quotes that seem absorbently high than when you ask for a breakdown they tell you they don't tell the customer the details of the quote and the price is the price. This seems very not honest. Add the fact that there prices are crazy high compared to bigger more reputable companies and I don't understand there business model.
