The new management does not care about its residents. Due to their systems and phone number being broken down during management change they sent me a court order for accidently paying the previous management the rent and needing to wait for a refund before being able to pay my rent. I was 5 days late on rent because their online system was broken and they SENT ME a COURT ORDER, gave me a $200 late fee, and a $200 court filling fee. Lived here for 4 years. Couldn't wait to get out. Neighbors are loud and all you smell is weed everywhere. Walls are paper thin. Maintenance takes forever to get things done. God forbid you have an emergency you have to call the emergency phone number and most of the time you have to leave a voicemail. We had a situation where the ceiling caved in inside one of the bedroom closets. Water pouring out. Calling and texting the emergency hotline and no answer. I do not have anything negative to say about this property. I rented for two years and my time with them was pleasant. My neighbors were quiet and friendly. The office staff was prompt and communicative. Aida helped me with my move in requests and any other issues I may have had within my time living here. Maintenance addressed my issues quickly and if something was on a backorder they would bring it as soon as they got it in. My rent increases were not bad whatsoever! They didn't break the bank. I lived here from 2022-2023. I had a positive experience. Apartment was good, i loved that they included all utilities. Maintenance was great, the managers at front desk were friendly and always treated me well. I highly recommend

I just recently moved in and as far as I am concerned, management has been amazing because all my requests were taking care of and I want to use this opportunity to say thank you to AIDA ( the lady in front desk ) for making my moving process easier.
