First of all, they used original parts for my BMW 328i, which is great. However, after they repaired the left door and left fender, the window switches on the driver’s side were pushed down, and the inner pull handle was broken. I requested them to fix these issues, but I received no response. Edit: I later discovered that they broke the window switch panel cover and the driver’s door pull handle during the repairs. I don't know much about Crash Champion but it's good to know that the people who did the repairs on my car when it was Southmotors Collision are still there, they did an outstanding job on my BMW. I'm a person who pays close attention to detail. The paint matched perfectly, and the installation of the rear hatch was actually quieter than factory when I opened it.
