We dropped by Toyota South Morang to check out a SUV and spoke with Kinga Moktan. Even though we didn’t end up buying (we had our eye on a different model), Kinga was friendly to deal with. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us rather than just pushing for a sale. Really appreciated the honest and friendly approach!
Terrible experience, Toyota South Morang missed placing wear clips when changing brake pads. I asked for the car to be inspected for a clunking noise when braking. Apparently the brakes were fine, I was then asked to pay $300 to inspect the car for the noise. I went to another mechanic and the problem was found straight away. Asked for a refund for the repairs and they have refused

Today I had my car serviced their the guy who took over to do my paperwork was very rude they didn’t even apologised for me for taking my name off the booked rental car two months ago I had it booked in advance bad day running late for work and on top of everything very rude I was talking to him he pointed me to go sit near the tables I have never came across any like that before
I recently bought my new car from South Morang Toyota and had a great experience! A big thank you to Priyal and Gigs for helping me through the whole journey. They were both very supportive and gave me the confidence to make my dream come true. Priyal also went an extra mile to have the boot liners delivered to my home.
