I recently bought a used car from South Morang Toyota. We’re done with the payments and all. And it’s been more than 2 weeks i haven’t got my car yet. I really don’t know what is going on, right now i am bit worried if i am getting my car or not.
Poor service. The calls are never answered and i can drive faster there from my place than they answer the call. Not recommended at all
I came to the first 1000km service on 16.3.2026. (The appointment was drop off 1300 hrs, Pick up 1415 hrs ). I arrived 1230 hrs, after several time urged to hurry up, I picked up my car 1515 hrs without washing the car. They just rinsed the car. I drove my car away with dropping water. No one tell me anything about the service of the car today. The Preston Toyota Service Department is much better than South Morang one.
