I purchased a dashcam andhad fitted through Toyota South Morang, VIC. At the time of general enquiry about the dashcam, I was advised by your staff (Jarah) and on multiple occasions that the dashcam would be of 4K quality. This was confirmed on 2 January 2026 morning, and again later that same day at around 5:15 PM, when I made the booking for the dash cam fitting. Appalling communication after years of being a loyal customer at South Morang Toyota. Chris misquotes and does not provide a written copy, added in back brakes which were brand new and required my vehicle onsite for 3 days before Christmas and did not even put the car up on the hoist, yet quoted for rotars to be replaced ! I used to not believe in perfection, but meeting Kinga and Gigs changed my perspective. They are very professional and they know what they are doing.
