Would give 0 rating if possible, you can buy Renault here if find a better offer, but DO NOT service here. Got squeaking brake paddle, claimed that had put lubricant but noise still there, problem could be solved until replace the whole unit costs more than $1000. Auto wiper didn't function, told that could be fixed but have to order one of the parts, would let me know once ready. "We had a highly disappointing experience with South Morang Renault when trying to sell our company vehicle. After they asked us to bring the vehicle in for inspection, they provided a valuation and expressed interest in purchasing it. We returned two days later, handed over the vehicle, and were assured by the manager that payment would be made the next day. How disappointing they've had my car for over 1 week now with absolutely no updates. No follow up or calls to advise what is going so we have had to chase them, below substandard customer service
