Good customer service in the used car section very knowledgeable on his vehicles
I was called to see a CX-5 demo vehicle at South Morang Mazda and that was not at the dealer (the mentioned demo was given to the customer as a loan, and they know that it won't be there). Then, they offered a 2025 number plate CX-5 and the trade in was 2K for my car (market value was 6.8K). I have asked to give at least 3K for my car, or I will pay the 2K amount and sell my car outside. They refused, and I have canceled the agreement within 3 days.
