I took my Mazda CX‑60 diesel in for a logbook service at South Morang Mazda on McDonalds Road. The dealership is a modern, well-designed facility with a dedicated service centre. The staff I dealt with were professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout. The service was completed the same day according to Mazda specifications. Unfortunately, you never receive any callbacks or bookings when it’s a warranty issue. I had to wait a year just to get two small pins replaced, and now I’ve been waiting six months for a broken vent with no progress.
Pressured me in signing a contract, canceled it 7 hours later and they refused to give me my full refund! Manager Emily is very unprofessional and extremely rude! Will never purchase a car from this dealership and I’ll make sure I let my friends and family know to keep away when buying a Mazda! The worst experience I have ever had when buying a car, it was a stressful and unpleasant experience
