Unless you hate your car, don't take it there to service. I believe they have to visit other state Mazda's to learn about customer service. Just Visit Adelaide's Paradise or Edwardstown. The cafe cuslture of Mazda that used to be it's pride is all dead here. Services are ridiculously expensive, you get called and scammed on all those optional service things with astronomical prices. They offer cleaning but won't even bother with anything it's just a marketing gimmicks they learned. Never taking it there again. No bolt tighte... read more

I bought a used car from South Morang Mazda and the car developed problems within three months. When I reached out for support, I felt the dealer pushed the responsibility back on me. One of their replies is shown in the attached screenshot. Please be cautious if you plan to buy a used car here and make sure to protect yourself.

Have bought a couple of cars from South Morang Mazda, & each time the sales people have been brilliant, genuine and not pushy. Would definitely return to buy another car.
