Please do not buy any vehicles from SM. I bought my LDV D90 2023. From day one I have a Bluetooth problem. Whenever I go there for service and explain the problem, they not listen to me. Very poor service. Unprofessional staff. I never recommend this car dealer again. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
LDV South Morang no longer exists it is now a JAC Motors, appears they don't have a media team as none of their channels have changed to show it as closed. Nearest ones are now Fawkner or Knoxfield....
I am writing to share a deeply concerning experience I've had with LDV South Morang regarding the servicing of my vehicle. Over four consecutive services, I entrusted them to perform all necessary maintenance as per the manufacturer's logbook. Terrible Experience – Avoid LDV South Morang I was promised my car in 4–6 weeks, but after constant follow-ups, they told me it was still in China even after 11–12 weeks. My finance was declined (the deal was subject to finance), but they are now refusing to refund my $1000 deposit. Cameron, the sales manager, was rude from day one and never responded on time. Great dealing with Cameron. Went in to buy a Ute but bought a SUV after telling him I bought a caravan but my wife didn’t want to drive a Ute. Got the diesel SUV. Cameron easy to talk to and hassle free along with Alex & Rose.
