I just wanted to share my experience with the dealer I bought my car from, South Morang LDV. I had a couple of issues, and it was a bit challenging at first. But then I reached out to the service department and met the wonderful Marie! She was super professional and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Extremely untrustworthy behaviour. Lied and took my money while promising things that were never delivered. I was told, I'll get: 1. Black number plates 2. Full tank of fuel 3. 2 car keys When i was given the car, there was no black plates, half tank of fuel, and one of the 2 car keys didn't work. I was put in a bad spot and very uncomfortable situation and just given a sorry we can't do anything.
Extremely poor service attitude. Do not come here for maintenance! Just two weeks after the service, my car started making noises. I went to another workshop for an inspection and found that the brake pads were completely worn out. I seriously doubt they even checked them, yet they still charged me. If you want to be treated rudely, this place is a great choice.
If I would read the reviews I wouldn’t go there, but I didn’t. I bought a car and was served by Ash and I can not prize him highly enough. Pleasant, professional, not pushy, good follow up after I’ve taken the car over. I can only recommend his service to anyone. I’d also like to mention Damian who helped me set blue tooth or GPS whatever is called and he was lovely. I’d recommend either of them to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
The worst customer service by far - The Production manager was extremely rude and had an attitude as though he was doing me a Favour by servicing my vehicle, but he did say one thing that was correct, He said that i should consider shopping around for other places to get the service and addressing my faults. As for the so-called senior manager, basically called me a liar when trying to explain what his manager had advised me. Despicable service!
