Terrible service across multiple visits. Requested work (tyre rotation and coolant level check) was not done. Most recently, I waited two months for a booking with a loan car, but on arrival, I was told none was available and that I had to rebook. Customers’ time should be respected, and proper arrangements should be honoured as agreed. While I appreciate that your staff are friendly and courteous, the overall service experience has been very disappointing.
