We bought a new car from here and they had a month to organise floor mats before we picked up the car. We picked up the car and were told that they would only take a week to come in, we had to follow up again after not hearing anything for two weeks. Our sales rep said that they were in and that we could pick them up, so we drove out of our way to go there just to be told that they are still on the dock.
