As a loyal customer over the past 7 years I felt that I was very poorly treated on this occasion. Although I had purchased my Colorado Ute, and had it solely serviced by your company, I was continually accused by your personel, including the manager, of having the rear tail light rewired by someone else, causing a fault, of which wasn't covered by warranty and I was required to pay for the rewiring. I dealt with Chris from service and maya from reception, they were both great to deal with and very professional and friendly.
Was not happy with the experience Called up after drop off to ask if my vehicle had capped service Was informed it did On pickup was charged an amount I have never paid previously Also vehicle was left running in the driveway when I went for pickup Will never be back at this establishment again
Bought two cars from them. Very helpfull friendly staff. Darco was my salesman. Definitely support him. They were very helpful in trading in my old vehicle.
