I had a similar experience to other customers. The product I received was damaged, and now I'm unable to get in touch with the company. I strongly advise against making online purchases from them.
STAY AWAY! Placed an order on Dec 1 2023 via their online store @bathwarewholesaleaustralia.com.au and have been trying to make contact with this business for over 5 weeks. Phone continuously on hold, won't answer emails, won't answer social media messages. I just want my refund of $805. It has been a very frustrating process and just wanted to warn other potential buyers.
I bought a sink online from here and it arrived damaged. I have now being trying to seek a refund from this company for around 3 months. I shipped the sink back, as per the request of the company, and was promised a refund, but the refund has not been processed as of yet. When I try to call, the phone line just rings out or I’m on hold for ages, so it’s very hard to get a hold of anyone in person. Buyer beware, been chasing these flops for a refund for weeks for a product they never even delivered. Also trading as "Bathware Wholesale Australia" They drop ship but don't tell you this beforehand, try calling them and they don't pick up the phone. Reporting to fair trading next.
