my daughter brought her vehicle in for an emissions test today. she had tried to have it done yesterday but apparently an hour before closing time was too close and the told her to come back today between 9 and 12 noon. so my daughter did just that at 11am the man was rude and told her no he wouldn't do the test and she should have gotten there earlier. he was also rude to another woman in the store as he denied her service as well. I have been coming here for years and this is the only shop I will bring my car to. Tim's experience with German auto is phenomenal (I've always driven VW) and I know my car is always in good hands with him.
Was there to replace an EVAP Pure valve last week. Things were fine. Went there today to get emissions tested and there must have been an issue with the car cause the mechanic was talking to someone who I assume run the shop. Over heard him say "let it fail. We didn't do the diagnostic, we just replaced a part." Sure enough it failed. Come to find out the check engine light came on as the mechanic started the car.
