Horrible treatment! I spent 3 hours back and forth speaking with office lady about insurance and she blamed the insurance for not doing their job, only to have her admit that they aren't willing to take the time to look up authorizations on availity! This is negligent, unethical, unprofessional... they denied me care and I was forced to find another pulmonologist. SHAME ON YOU!

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Benjamin for years now. He is very easy to talk with and always offers proactive remedies to your health. Also, on weekends if Dr. Benajmin is not available. Dr. Blanck will return your call promptly and is helpful as well. Sandra is exceptional, always caring and compassionate. Thank you for the way you made us feel.

Dr. Benjamin was unhelpful and unprofessional. I tried to voice my concerns about the treatment he prescribed because it didn’t appear that he was being efficient, and he told me I was “rude and hostile”. He used a mocking tone when repeating back to me my complaints and laughed at me when I was trying to express my frustrations. There was no sense of urgency to try and help me with an illness that had been plaguing me for months.

If you are looking for a Great pulmonologist don’t look any further. I was recommended by a family member to see Dr. Benjamin. He was extremely patient, personable and knowledgeable. I was nervous about some breathing issues and he ensured me when I followed the correct steps I would be back to my old self in no time! I would also like to thank Natasha for being so accommodating and friendly. See you soon thank you!!
