My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Benjamin for years now. He is very easy to talk with and always offers proactive remedies to your health. Also, on weekends if Dr. Benajmin is not available. Dr. Blanck will return your call promptly and is helpful as well. Sandra is exceptional, always caring and compassionate. Thank you for the way you made us feel.
Dr. Benjamin was unhelpful and unprofessional. I tried to voice my concerns about the treatment he prescribed because it didn’t appear that he was being efficient, and he told me I was “rude and hostile”. He used a mocking tone when repeating back to me my complaints and laughed at me when I was trying to express my frustrations. There was no sense of urgency to try and help me with an illness that had been plaguing me for months.
If you are looking for a Great pulmonologist don’t look any further. I was recommended by a family member to see Dr. Benjamin. He was extremely patient, personable and knowledgeable. I was nervous about some breathing issues and he ensured me when I followed the correct steps I would be back to my old self in no time! I would also like to thank Natasha for being so accommodating and friendly. See you soon thank you!!
Don't waste your time. I felt I wasn't given appropriate medical treatment for my current state of health. He is a minimalist and does not treat aggressively enough and would rather socialize than focus on your needs. Beware...go elsewhere.
My first visit with Dr. Benjamin today The office was spotless and the staff was very caring and professional. Absolutely no wait time. Dr. Benjamin reviewed my scans prior to speaking with me and advised me in a clear and compassionate manner. I didn't feel rushed and left knowing that I am in great hands!
