Always late, during certain hours around 2-4:30 when schools are released the busses are packed full of teenagers with no manners, partaking in dangerous, distracting behavior whilst in a large packed moving vehicle. it's very apparent parents in this city are completely unaware of how their offspring behave when they're not around. I work for a business that has a lot of elderly clients who utilize smart transportation to get to and from our facility, when our appointments are running a head or behind smart always caters to these clients, their communication with us as a third party is outstanding. I never hesitate to pick up the phone to call for our clients as the staff is always enjoyable. They are doing it all right!
S.M.A.R.T. holds free week-long bike clinics to teach kids to ride a bike. Our son loved the class taught by Patty and now he's riding like a pro. What a great resource!
Was a bit confused trying to board 4 from the city hall bus stop not knowing the updated mid-day bus stop locations that 4 skips the transit center during the day, I had the 4/2X schedule from 2023. These booklets are still being circulated without the brand new 80X from Keizer.
