South Medford Auto body did an amazing job on my car. The work that needed to be done was complicated & time consuming, but they did an excellent job & my car looks brand new. Siera & her workers are very nice & accommodating also. I’m very pleased at the work they did & I highly recommend this shop.
This shop was extremely communicative over text, changed my brake pads, rotors and headlight within a few hours and was reasonably priced. Appreciated it all around

I took my car to get a leak in my evap system fixed, and an oil change. I ask for them to check out my vacuum pump. I paid before the work was done. My mistake. I pick up the car. A day later my check engine light is on again. The same codes that I brought the car in with come up. There's no indication an oil change was done. No sticker with the next mileage I'll need my next oil change. I call to get some clarity about the "repairs" and oil change. As in why they did what they did.
