They are extremely unprofessional. To the extent of letting his daughter use the COMPANY Facebook page to send me threatening messages because I blocked her due to harassment. I will be more than happy to share the messages if anyone would like to see how unprofessional they are. A business should be held to higher standards than this. Agree?
No stars for this one. This company was hired to tow and store a lifted vehicle using a rollback truck for transport. Not only did they not use a rollback, but when the vehicle was delivered with major damage and undriveable, they did not admit to causing the damage. These people are dishonest and can not be trusted with your vehicle.
