Very rude response and inconsiderate parking I called the number on this company’s van because it was blocking access and needed to be moved. Instead of a polite or professional response, the person on the phone was extremely rude. I tried to handle the situation respectfully, but was met with hostility. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable especially when their vehicle is causing inconvenience to others.
Paul was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Very timely and efficient. If I could give Paul and the team more stars I would. Could not fault the quality or work. Without hesitation I would use them again. The images I’ve attached look amazing but in video and in person it’s brilliant! The electric fireplace warms the room up in no time. At first I bought it for the look but never thought I’d use it as much as I have done.
I phoned SMH (Chorlton) Ltd after three boiler breakdowns in just under two weeks and our past Gas Safe Engineer being unavailable. Whilst they couldn't help with the repair they provided me some solid advice over the phone regarding the manufacturer - which turned out to be exactly what we needed. They didn't try to upsell me a new boiler (which I was beginning to believe I needed after countless google searches, bad advice elsewhere and a number of days with no heating or hot water). Adam from South Manchester Heating did a superb job for us last week. This involved diagnosing and fixing the problem with our central heating. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly.
