Brought a bmw 330d from nathan. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish in terms of answering all my questions and showing me proof of recipients etc before I committed a 65 mile journey Once I got there nathan was very attentive left me with the car to look around it and once I'd done the test drive he helped me with taxing the vehicle and even a few days after still chased up my 3 months warranty package. Nathan was super quick at responding which is what I was super impressed with overall brilliant service 👏
Recently bought a Q3 audi from Rob the owner of the garage who i have to say is fantastic very honest and a pleasure to do business with couldn't help me enough from start to finish definitely above and beyond so from my experience at south manchester motors I wouldn't hesitate recommending buy a car from here. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Worst experience with buying a car... Came to buy a car for my wife and was greeted with Rob who was so friendly but turned out to be a psycho. We test drive the car, came back to the garage and struck a deal as the car in my opinion needed some TLC. Paid a small amount of cash and the rest on my credit card. We drive away with the car in our ownership. Rob is a great guy who really cares about customers and his business. We recently bought a car from him and we part exchanged our old car with no issues. Unfortunately there was a little issue with the car we bought afterwards but Rob was super helpful, sorting out the garage and providing a courtesy car. He really will go out of his way to help.
