The rent goes up all the time. Dryer in laundry not working right reported it for a few months. Back entrance need fixed
The manager Gloria will not do anything to fix anything on the property or anything that's broken. There is mold in some of the trailers and residents are getting sick. Gloria has been informed many times to make repairs to the matter but no action is taken.
