Josh is the best vaccine administrator there ever was. Keep it up bud!
Called the Clinic at 5:40pm. According to their website they closed at 6:00pm. If the website is wrong, please correct it. Either that or the voicemail is incorrect or incomplete. If the clinic closed early for some reason it would be nice for that to be on the voicemail explaining exception while extending an apology. There may be a personnel shortage, people are sick. Who knows? I would hate to think that our wonderful clinic workers are leaving work too soon. No, that couldn't be the reason.
Made an appointment for the next day, I went in, signed 2 sheets of paperwork, waited maybe 10 minutes, got my kids check up and done. Pretty standard procedure, not much else to say. Both front desk and doctor were nice.
I went to get 1 vaccine as a walk-in patient and arrived 45 minutes prior to them closing and was told they would not see me while the waiting room was nearly empty. As a healthcare provider myself, I find it appalling! This is the kind of experience that limit access to health care for patients and it's unacceptable!
