I booked with Kendall for today a week ago in advance. She pushed my appointment back an hour and a half today, and then an hour before my new scheduled time she canceled because “the salon ran out of lightener”. I booked a full grooming package that included haircut, facial, and cleanup before an important event. The whole process was well-coordinated, and I didn’t feel like I was waiting unnecessarily between services. Each staff member knew what they were doing and explained the steps briefly before starting. I appreciated that they asked for feedback at different stages. The final result was neat and balanced, giving me a fresh and well-groomed look without being overdone.
Deja is the best
I got my hair bleached and cut by Brady. He was able to get my hair exactly how I wanted, and I’m super happy with the results. Definitely recommend him and I will be coming back >:)
I found Hannah Abby and am so grateful and lucky that I did!!! Her technique and styling is absolutely amazing, she made adjustments to my highlights that I can't live without, now. She was also so flexible with me and truly helped a girl out; I was leaving for an event the next day and had to cancel my hair appointment in another city due to snow. Go to her!!!
