Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. We weren’t greeted or acknowledged when we arrived—no welcome or check-in until the actual appointment time. I sat and watched my daughter’s haircut the entire time, which lasted just under 1.5 hours. Which should be $120 but charged $170, with no price breakdown or explanation given. Nothing additional was done to justify the extra cost. My daughter's hair look exactly the same as it did when she got there. She's very upset. Disappointing overall, and we won’t be returning.
Needed a blowout for a headshot today and Tera did an incredible job! I’ve gotten complimented on it all day! She was also super friendly! I’ll definitely be back again!
What a gem this place is! Just walking by and decided to stop in, left my number and was texted the SAME day to set up an appointment with LILY 💐 I have super long hair and typically don’t love getting my hair done because of how timely it can be and how chaotic the salons can be. It was my first time at this salon, I loved it! Very nice and super clean and friendly atmosphere! Ashleigh E does my extensions and she does an amazing job! I would highly recommend her !!!!
Amazing! My first time. Julie is my new best stylist ever! I showed her a pic of color I wanted and she NAILED it! Plus I was loving my length but it was frazzled. Julie listened and took her time reshaping not hacking it off. My hair looks beautiful!
