I'm not a customer as I live in Australia. But I wish we had this man here looking after our cars. I've watched a lot of his videos and can honestly say this is the type of service I was used to that no longer seems to be the case in most places I've dealt with. He is honest, straight up tells it like it is, and doesn't overcharge or unsellable his customers at all. He charges a fair price for labour and appears to charge near what it costs him in parts.
